Kegal to music?

Anyone else kegal to music. I find its great going to and from work. I just kegal to the beats or the base and feel I get an adequeate workout when doing this.

I might try that. I always find my kegel exercises to be boring and uneventful.

Don’t do any electronica or industrial. It will break for sure.

I like to kegel to drum ‘n bass :D
