Knuckle Sandwich
I do a stretch that I haven’t seen on the tutorials or heard anybody else talk about. It’s like a V-strectch but I think it’s better because you use one hand and it really pulls the whole dick out from the base. It’s going to be a bitch to describe but here goes:
After doing some simple ‘around the clock’ stretches, put your hand on your belly, palm on your belly so that your thumb is pointing up towards your chest.
Then flip your hand over. So that your thumb is facing downwards and the back of your hand is on your belly.
Now slide your hand down so your ready to hold your cock.
With your other hand place your cock in the palm of the flipped hand (obviously your cock will be facing straight up at 12 o’clock) and with the thumb and forefinger of the flipped hand grab your cock in an ‘ok’ grip.
Now pull your cock upwards with the ok grip so that it is stretched out at about 11 o’clock and still griping your cock slowly turn your hand back into the palm facing belly position.
You should now have the knife edge of your hand tucked into the area where you put the ruler when doing your BP measurements with the end of your cock also pointing in that direction.
The shaft of your cock is being stretched across your knuckles or the back of your hand.
