It is the low carb diet - in that you can see the dramatic improvement in yourself and others when they adapt it (not to mention the shock on the doctors face as he sees the perfect numbers come back) - and when you research the evidence and studies and history for it - its just so obvious. It just gets me angry when people, especially people who are supposed to know better and help other people, give out very bad advice. Advice that can have real effects on the quality of our lives.
It just ticks me off is all.
