Lazy guys read here

Ive been doing PE for maybe 5 months now, however, this last month I have perhaps been the most laziest person on the planet. Stretching more then I am jelqing, when I am jelqing I usually 150-250 but find myself physically exhausted by the humidity of the shower and the fact that ive tooken up smoking (which ive stopped, but im still round smokey friends). Kegels don’t exist in my workout, I was wondering if I would get any gains at all from this lazy approach, yes my penis is definately bigger but the BPFSL is plateu’d at 7.5” and my BPEL straighted U curved penis would be 7.25”. Ive seen virtually no girth growth its about the same, I also seem to be someone a coffee addict, haha, the summer where im suppose to have the most time is also the time that is hell for me :-(

Why is it getting harder for me to do PE? Is anyone around my stage in the same boat that im in? is 500 jelqs a day really necessary anyway? id figure 300 is about as much id physically can tolerate, and im not that unfit either.

Also ive noticed my penis is starting to hang lower a little under 90 degrees sometimes (when its usually point 10:30), is this temporary because of lifestyle or the fact that my penis is bigger (and yes my penis definately feels heavier and bigger. if im fully erect (which is becoming not as much frequent, its back to 10:30). Is this a natural thing for PE’ers.. I rarely stretch the ligs (downwards, I prefer tunica workouts)
