Kudos to those who seek to find out the why of PE in a scientific manner.

I kind of take the Neanderthal approach:

Pull it, it grows!

Pump it, it grows!

Clamp it, it grows!

I just try and keep it simple. Time and consistency has been the hallmark of my approach/gains.

This thread is much too unwieldy for me to use anything that I can employ in my next half hour of PE. Please continue to seek the answers to why and what? My hat is off to you.

Titleist, it hasn’t been that easy for me. Now, I’ve had trouble with consistency, but I can’t seem to settle on the right choice of routine.

That’s just it. I found when I used all of the disciplines at the same time, I really started to grow. I learned to never use one method exclusively. I was told you cant get girth when going for length. I’ve never found that to be true “for me”.

Gyrta that happens to me too. After warming up my unit is extra sensitive and its impossible to be 100% completely flaccid.
