Less or more

Less or more

Ok, the question goes like this :
Guy 1: Someone does 30 jelqs (70% erect) with the strongest grip possible (so he doesn’t hurt himself or overtrain).
Guy 2: He does 120 jelqs with the same erection level but with light (maybe even slightly moderate) grip.

So the questions are : Would this work for everyone ?? And does jelqing with lower pressure is less effective because it doesn’t expand your penis so much ??

Your opinions/experiences about it ?

I find that for me the best workout is starting light, say 22 lighter grip lighter erection jelqs, then proceed with 33 moderate, and then 33 strong. And then a few rounds, all in all some 15 to 20 minutes of jelqing.

I feel that this is the best way, sort of a warm up, and then the real thing.

I rather doubt that any definitive answer can be given to that sort of question .

First there probably, is not enough collated data frpm which any conclusins can be drawn. Also ech individual will respond in a slightly different way to someone else.

It is rather like two guys of similar weight build and height going to the gym and doing the same exercises. No-one could say in advance how they would improve; even if they were doing the same number of reps and using the same weight.

All we can say is that many members have improved by using both those type of exercises. Some more, and some less. All we can say is that there is likely to be a reasonable to good to excellent reaction to the general exercise, and it can only be found by trial and error, which way we will respond to them

The only way you, personally can find the answer is to try them both aand find dout how you react, then use that procedure to get maximum gains.
