I have been trying something that has me ecstatic. I massage the suspensory ligament while in my traction device. I measured a 1/8 length increase in only two weeks. My traction routine is 50 minutes stretched then 10 minutes out of traction and do firegoat rolls. Repeat for a total of 3 sets.
I also bought a pump and do 3 sets for 10 minutes at minus 4 hg, been doing that for one week.
I just measured and am so happy I can’t hardly type.
