This night I was doing my PE exercises, which like every night when i do them its no set routine, and afterwards i happened to check my plump dude out in the mirror and holy $hit he was dark in color; probably due to my uli sesh. well, i wasn’t too concerned as he felt warm and good but still that color can’t be good.

Now to my point and question, who is like me and has no set routine (probably more of a PE vet). usually my PE routine consists of starting out with DLD blasters (which i love and is the only consistant thing in my routine), followed by jelq’s for 30minutes to an hour(this varies everytime with different stroke speeds and between 60-100%erection level), and lastly uli’s which lasts from 15minutes to 30minutes and done mostly 80-100% erect and each rep lasting 15seconds to 30seconds. that may be alittle confusing and i appologize.

is this stupid???

should i be changing this and being more consistant or could this work?

sometimes i feel i might be over doing it and thats why i need help to get something more consistant but a awesome workout at the same time.

Do you know your LOT? If not, you could be doing an awful lot of pe that is counter productive to what your body needs…

Your workout looks very solid to me. Are you gaining using it? If so, stick with it. RB mentions the LOT theory and you talk about your love for doing the Blasters and these are one area that you could examine as RB said. Find your lot and adjust your stretch angle on the Blasters to accomodate that. This will help maximize your length gains. The other think you may want to consider, which really helped my girth gains, is super-setting your ulis into your jelq session. What I like to do is at every 100 Jelqs I do a squeeze/bend exercise for 30-60 seconds. This combination makes for a faster workout and for me it traslated to better girth gains.

PS. The darker color you are seeing is due to the extreme nature of the uli. It is normal as long as no pain and/or numbness is present. It will return to normal color.

thanks for replying, your advice is always top notch.

sorry for the huge delay in replying but i just wanna say that i think i have been over doing my PE exercises, what i mentioned above. I have a feeling that i will have much better gains with a lower volume workout, its just i have a hard time stopping cause the exercises feel soo good; but I think i have to be more discipline. its just i want maximum gains and a good workout with my exercises and i dont think i’ve found that yet, even after two years PEing, on and off. it just seems theres a thin line between a good workout and over doing it.

In short, i need to start from scatch and work up again to find the right workout for me, and be consistant, with the same routine for no less then two months.

so DLD please help me find a good routine to start with again, not too easy but a good starting point.

eg: -DLD blasters to start
-30 minutes slow jelqs
-30, 10 second uli’s at 80% erection

What you said about the fine line between over-working and a good workout may only be good advice for some. What I mean is everyone is different and finding the perfect routine is very individual. I mentioned super-setting above and I really think this was my greatest girth gaining technique. Looking at your sample routine you posted you could definetly work your jelqs and uli’s into a super-set. You may even want to change up the speed of your jelqs. How slow are you jelqing now? Let me put a routine together for you based on this information (get back to me on your jelq speed) and see what happens. I would also like to discuss your DLD Blasters perhaps in PM.
