Looking to start PE again
I was skeptical about PE when I started over a year ago and decided to stop before I really even started. It seems that more and more people are doing it and seeing results so I’ve decided I’d like to start up again.
I see a lot of FAQ’s etc and im not interested in that stuff, i know the basics, however I would like a list or link to the different excercises and how to perform them.
I am starting at 5.75 x 4.75 which I’m not happy with, but very motivated to work hard at this.
I’ve also noticed that a lot of people are using hanging devices now. I still don’t think I like the idea of that. Have some of you experienced good gains in length and girth without added weights?
