Loss of base girth from clamping

Not exactly “baseball bat” look which is caused by the enlargement of the head of the penis greater than the rest, but I am talking about the actual decrease in the base girth caused by clamping.

After about a month of beginners’ clamping (2x8 minutes every other day) my shaft girth has decreased, whereas there is no noticeable gain in the rest of the unit.

How can I retain my base girth while clamping, and more importantly, how can work my base girth? Most exercises (squeezing, jelqing, clamping..) bypass the base and the “inner penis”, so I am quite stuck.

I doubt it’s possible that your base girth has actually decreased; how would that be possible? I mean, what about putting a clamp around your shaft could cause it to permanently shrink in size?

Well, my base measures 4.7 inches, whereas it was a little above 5 inches.

I have to agree with dangleman. I doubt that your girth actually decreased. I know no two people are the same, but clamping has done more for me in less time than anything else so far. Granted I am pretty much a newbie, but clamping seems to add girth and helps with length.

I’m a clamper and have been doing it for quite some time and have found that the base of my penis got larger faster than my shaft. How are you positioning the clamp on your shaft, and do you use a padding or a wrap with in the clamp? My mid shaft girth is just under 5.5 and was just under 5.0 when I started. My base girth is just under 6.0 and probably just under 5.0 when I started. I wasn’t aware that my base would gain faster than my staft.

Lets figure out this problem. Explain in detail how you position the clamp on your penis and how close to the pelvic is the clamp. Do you clamp when erect? Do you click the clamp as much as you can right away? We will fix you up and get things going your way. We just have to figure out why this is happening.

I use a large cable clamp (as the smaller ones are too small and hurt) and cover the shaft of my unit with a sponge sheet to prevent pinch. I position the clamp as close as I can to the shaft and push the clamp towards shaft before closing it.

I clamp when erect and clamp as hard as I can stand at the beginning and close for another click during clamping.

See, this bothers me somewhat - it shouldn’t be a case of clamping to the edge of uncomfortability, you may want to ease back a click or two and edge from there as a startpoint.

I assume by ‘large’ you mean medium clamp rather than the teeny tiny small size which is only good for…um…clamping cables..:p The medium clamp measures approx 7cm from the hinge to the release tab for future reference..

I doubt you’ve shrunk in base size, if anything base girth should experience more growth than anywhere else when clamping successfully. It may be you’re simply mneasuring more stringently and remember the base underside is hard to define so you could get 0.5” difference sliding around the ballsac..:)

Well, I will take the measurement error into consideration. But isn’t it true that when clamping, you are hindering the expansion of the area underneath the clamp? And in the long run, won’t it create an asymmetrical growth of penis? How do you prevent this?

I have actually seen a decrease in my shaft girth after clamping maybe about a year ago. It seemed like in the beginning everything was getting much bigger, but then it started feeling smaller and I measured a little under 6” girth, and I had been over 6 because that what I was born with. It scared the hell out of me and I ended up stopping for a bit. I came back to it and started gaining again, now I am sometimes just over 6.5 at base. Keep in mind it is pretty common, at least for me, to have some kind of girth fluctuations throughout the measurement days.

I have cut a strip of mouse pad and glued it to my clamp. I put the clamp on and don’t click it all the way. I prefer to start when flaccid, cause I feel my penis swells more and feels pretty beefy (don’t laugh Drill9). as it swells, I click once and let it continue to swell while forcing the clamp closer to my pelvic bone. I repeat this again until the clamp is smashed into my pelvic bone, but I have recently experienced that you don’t have to click the clamp to the very end.

Can clamping get length gains?

Helloeverybody, what other excersizes are you including in your PE routine? Is it possible that you are overdoing it?

Outlaw, I believe some members have achieved some length gains, however, the majority of the growth comes in the form of girth.

Yes there was an early member who gained an inch solely from clamping, forget his name though. It’s pretty rare I think though. Search it!
