Manual clamping is bringing out more veins

KP,

When I manually clamp, should I push up towards the glans a little? (like 1/2” or so in order to get expansion)

The other day I did a reeeally slow, nearly fully erect jelq, and boy did I get some red dots. However, my dick DID expand, and my EQ has been great. (since that event)

I am at 5.5 girth, and I’m not sure I’m ever going to gain anything in length. I manually stretch everyday, and as much as possible during piss/shit breaks.

I just can’t bring myself to hang. It is just too extreme for me.

I used to do this on one of my previous PE stints (I go off and on) and at first I thought I was growing, but soon after that I got my first hard vein along the top of my shaft directly from this exercise. I have had problems with that vein ever since, especially if I attempt this exercise for any longer than 30 seconds.

After a very long break from PE, I have started again, and am avoiding this exercise for the time being. Jelquing and manual stretching is enough for now (especially since I am more interested in length in the short term). I would like to eventually go back to doing this exercise, but I think I need to toughen up my penis quite a bit before that.

I remember one particular time when I was doing this in the shower while I had very hot water running directly on my penis. As I kept kegeling more blood into it I got big expansion. I did not measure it, but my penis felt VERY much thicker than normal, so that may be something to try for those of you with stronger, tougher wangs than mine.

I stumbled across manual clamping on my own and then read that other people were already doing it. I found it was the best exercize for girth hands down. The annoying thing is I don’t need girth. I want length but I’ve never been able to gain any sufficient length using a variety of exercizes. My theory is that girth begets girths and length begets length (kind of). This ties in with the rubber band theory. ie. a thin rubber band stretches more easily. So if you’ve got a relatively long and thin penis, length gains will come easier than girth. If you’ve got a relatively short, think penis, girth gains will come easier than length. So for the guys out there with thicker units manual clamping will probably give be the most efficient way to gain girth. Not sure about the guys with skinnier units but I would assume they can get some gains out of it too but I’d expect them to be slightly less. So if any guys with a lot of girth (6” +) have found effective length exercizes, I’d love to hear it.

The major thing you have to watch with any sort of clamping exercize is build up of lymph on your penis. You’ll probably notice after 5-10 minutes of clamping that the skin on the outside of your shaft is starting to get “puffy” with fluid. This isn’t blood. It’s lymph. You can easily assume these are girth gains but they’re not. I’ve found excessive lymph build up can make you think you’ve gained up to a half inch of girth but it soon dissipates. Wait for 48 hours until you measure so you are sure that it’s all penis and no lymph.

It’s not a good idea to allow excessive amounts of lymph to build up in any particular area. If you continue to overdo it, you’ll start getting hardened/blocked lymph vessels. I would definitely stick to shorter clamping sets e.g. 30 seconds. I would even go as far as to say manual clamping should be used at the exclusion of clamping with other devices because it’s much easier to immediately release the pressure and control the pressure and time clamped using your hands than anything else. So keep your sets short (e.g. 30 seconds). Keep your clamping sessions pretty short (start off with 5 minutes and build up…20 minutes is a LONG time to be clamping). I would definitely limit the days you do clamping too. Obviously, listen to your penis, but daily is probably overdoing it. Once every other day is probably OK but still can get excessive. If you skin around your penis is still “puffy” don’t clamp. Wait a couple of days.

Finally, the most important step after clamping. The warm down. Massage your penis gently and try and get the lymph out of your penis. Lymph doesn’t not move like blood. The circulatory system has a pump to drive blood around (ie. the heart). The lymphatic system relies mainly on movement of the body to move lymph around. So gently massage your penis shaft when flacid. Go for a walk, jog, run. Do some leg exercizes like squats, deadlifts. Make sure you get the area moving regular. If you continue to neglect the warm down, it’s only a matter of time before you get hardened/blocked lymph vessels and then you’re out of the game for weeks/months. I can tell you from experience that this sucks. Remember it’s consistency over time that brings the safest and most permanent results.

Great post. I tend to agree with what you’re saying about the rubber band theory, and I needed additional info about lymph build up, etc. Thanks
