5lb is no problem with the Captains Wench. Read through some of the hanging threads before you begin hanging. Getting your wrapping right is a skill and takes practice, but there are good instructions, hints and tips in many of the hanging threads.

Thanks firegoat. Thatcat, i have gaineda atleast .5-3/4 inches in length, girth varies it seems like. I am a few lines over 6 inches right now, looking for 7.5-8 inches in bp length.
