Manual stretching will always be my favorite

Ok this simple exercise will target the ligs really hard. Definitely not for newbs!

What I do is I grab the penis with a normal OK grip behind the head, the palm of my hand is facing down towards the floor so not up towards my face.

Then I just stretch downward. Now here comes the fun part, with the lowest part of my PALM I then push against the shaft of the penis creating a fulcrum with my palm. So now the penis head will now curve up a bit as you twist your hand.

Its really simple and gives a great stretch, please do tell me if you dont understand my description. Anyone done this before? If so what are the results?

If you havent tried it before, try it now and tell me what you feel.

Maybe a draw could be a good idea?

You hold the stretch behind the glans with your thumb and index finger. (For the confusion of the other fingers down there, theyre just there to hold the shaft straight but its not necessary)

Thanks for the draw. So, you basically bend your penis with your pulling-hand, forming a ‘L’?

Other variations are also possible. Just stretch downward like you normally do and hold it there and put pressure on the middle of the shaft shaft with the palm of your other hand, I like the first one better though.

I wouldn’t recommend that sort of grip since the bones in your thumb can easily start pressing on the nerve bundle at the top of your shaft near glans and other sensitive bits. That is why using overhand grip is generally recommended and also you get a better grip that way. I think the problem with this sort of a stretch is exactly that: It will be hard to get a good grip to get a good tension for the stretch, let alone for the fulcrum.

Ive always been grabbing like this, the sides of the penis with the bones of my thumb and the part of the first knuckle of my index finger, never had any problems with it.

Its very similar to this one .

Also I’ve been doing this for the past couple of days and I know gains are coming. I’ve kinda done the hooking motion before but not quite like the description of the exercise and I did not keep it held.

I guess the principal is the same but its different, youre stretching the ligs effectively, but there you do some weird aerobics and use 2 hands. With this stretch you only need one hand.

Yeah the first exercise I linked to you just use a reverse grip and twist the penis. Then your using your hand kinda like your doing to apply pressure and stretch the ligs. You can do that one with just one hand…and without the aerobics. No offense but I think that one is more intense and more effective, it might target the tunica also.

I’ve been hanging, but if I was to do manual stretches in the future, I’m definitely adding this to my routine, it looks like a good idea.

That is all good, but I don’t know how long and actively you’ve been doing PE. I just want to point that hazard out so people can watch for it when doing this. Something that works for one doesn’t necessarily work for the other.

In general guys, try to do everything so that nothing hard or sharp presses the top of your shaft, especially on the upper part. Old school things, yeah, but still very true when it comes to our physique.

I do these in any direction really, but I always ease into everything, I do feel a better base pull this way, but I would rather use something for a fulcrum, I just do it when I have nothing to do it with or no privacy.
