So I’ve been stretching a while now. Just curious, the burning sensation I get at the base toward the pubic bone. Is that normal? I’ve been stretching and trying to isolate the root/base of my penis. Is this wrong?

I’ve been doing a stretching/pumping routine for 1 month now and I have a burning sensation at the base where the ligaments are. I have gain 0.5cm in this month period so I don’t think it’s a bad PI but I might be wrong.

Note that this burning sensation is only when I’m doing the exercises not after.

Start 9/25/19 - 6 3/4" BPEL -> 11/20/19 - 7" BPEL -> 9/1/20 - 7 1/4" BPEL -> trying to hit anything over 8" BPEL (only updating every 1/4" it's slow but it's working)

Possibly your getting your lig gains. There are around 1” in lig gains to achieve. During lig gains there will be an uncomfortable burn in that area. To complete the gain, do BTC hanging and use a heating pad in your pubic area.

Yea the burning is right at the base. EQ is good.

There is up to 1” of gain in that area. On mine it started increasing slowly, then one day it released, and that was the end of the lig gains.

I’d say generally that burning isn’t good and that rest is in order. I stretch incessantly and I’ve never had a burning sensation (knock on wood, though).

It was a bit intersting. When I watched porn and finshed. I had burning around the base then after it felt like tension that built up was gone. Or to make it clearer, it felt like something slowly releasing around the base. The burning left. If that makes any sense.

Sometimes your ligaments pop. It’s similar to popping your knuckles, neck or any other joint. I’ve only had it happen once. Same sound but deeper and around your penis.

Heat wrap and cold wrap. Just curious, whats the different effects on lig gains. I’d imagine each are important. Was thinking on adding a cooling/ice pad to my routine and whether or not that would have any different results.
