How often do you all masterbate while on PE? Just how much does masterbation effect growth? I’m guess a little bit doesn’t hurt the growth, but just how much can you get away with without effective growth rate? I ask because I am always horny and like to masterbate 1-2 times a day, but I am willing to decrease that amount vastly if I found out it was hindering growth. What is the ideal amount of masterbation a week? The thing is that when I masterbate I do so for about 30 mins each time which is more than most, so this would probably lower the amount of times i should do it a week. I need answers please. What amount of masterbation starts to hinder growth?

But I will say that anything in excess is bad for you.

There are a lot of previous discussions about this. To save you the trouble of searching for them: masturbation does not limit growth.

Even if it did hinder growth I would still do it 1-3 times a day.

The funny thing is that we get so many people asking about masturbation hindering PE but almost nobody asks about sex. Wouldn’t it stand to reason that if one effects PE than certainly so would the other? Maybe its a part of the inherent guilt that our (Western) culture has wrapped up into any amount of self love - especially masturbation. Or maybe I’m thinking too much again. Where’s my soma…

Erections are good for PE, so… Ejaculating doesn’t affect anything either.
