Mixed question for hanging,routine and other device
Hi guys,
I have some questions for hanging, routines and device.
So I use my home made hanger for about 1 month I want to ask is right to use my homemade hanger or I have to buy some professional?
If I have to buy some professional hanger witch is better? What is really difference between them in stretch power?
Vacuum or not vacuum hanger you suggested?
I started whit 1 kg weight, now I increase to 3.5 kg 3*30 min per session and make between sessions some jelqs. I planned to increased weight every 2 weeks whit 0.5 kg.
I also use extender about 8 hr per day 6 day per week.
I read some thread and guys says they make only hanging or extender or manual not mixing because is too much for penis.
I do manual exercise too and I add short session with BM 2*5 min. I think BM and jelqs make my EQ excellent and keeping it.
Is good to use all device and manual exercise in one mixed routine?
I copped some of my usual routine. Now I’m focused for length.

Extender session - 8 hr. per day with max length.
Warming up - 10 min
Helicopters - 2-3 min right and 2-3 min left;
BTC stretch - 10 min
Handing 3 * 30 min - with 3.5 kg
Wet Jelqs - 200 / 100 slowly normal grip; 100 fast revers grip/
Circle - 6 set * 30 rotations 1 set left and second set right
Warming down - 10 min
Side to Side - 100 /2 seconds hold each/
JAI Stretch every time when I can maybe 15-20 min./Per day/.
Bathmate 2*5 min max pressure - new in my routine”
I want to hear you opinion and advice guys.
I want to hear if you have critics too, I believe critics show us own mistakes and make us better versions of ourselves.
Now I have excellent EQ, I haven’t any injuries.
