I found these on ebay… thinking of getting one. I actually have a blood pressure cuff and pump so I’d be able to pump it up, but if you didn’t have one you’d need to buy a pump too.

Anyone have a recommendation of what size to get? I’m maybe 6.3 inches base girth right now.

I think Monty reinforced them somehow. Foggy on the exact details but there was some reason a normal neonatal cuff didn’t work and he had to modify them.

If you search around enough the old threads I think he discussed his mods somewhere.

The smaller sizes available with the veterinary cuffs could have some potential. I suppose I’d go for the smallest size I could still get through flaccid and experiment from there.

Will probably be too small but it’s $12 to see how they work and get an idea of what size I really need. I’ll update once I’ve tried it.

If anybody has a large phallosan bell they don’t need I have an air clamp I would trade for it.

I was curious about air clamping but I read that it was simply a neonatal(baby) blood pressure cuff, they sell on Amazon for 7.99 and I had to get another generic cuff with a bulb for it for 9.99, my plan is to use the bigger cuff to make a Fleshlight squeezer lol. I found that when the air bladder and hose is lined up on top of my penis and it’s velcroed as tight as possible I can easily achieve full forced erections while I play Xbox. Autoballer, what are the dimensions of the neonatal blood pressure cuff?

I have been using today home made air clamp( neonate cuff+ hand pump), and I have to tell you that is feels way better than cable clamp. Expansion is even slightly better, I do use silicone piece underneath. I just ordered more cuffs so I’m going to try multiple air clamps at the same time. You can order all on Ebay from china.
