more avanced moves
I am trying many advanced moves to mix in to my routine. I have been doing a variation of DLD blasters for some time now. It helped cement my length gains..After I pull straight down for about 15 minutes, varying hands, of course, I alternate 10 minutes of “pull ups”…I get an mind blowing stretch by this:
Get it very warm..hot almost to loosen the ligs…seated, grab under the head with an OK grip, palm down…pull straight up to your chest and move your upper body down as if your trying to suck your dick or do a crunch….now press your hand against your body as high up as you can…I can reach just below my sternum….now here’s the pull…slowly pull you upper body up, keeping your hand in the same spot on your body where it was when you were bent over….feel an intense stretch..now kegle. You should feel a stretch that feels like you are going to pull your dick off…
Tried this move this morning. Because I’m wearing the BallZinger, I wake up around 5:00am with a woody so stiff a cat can’t scratch it. I grab under my balls with all my fingers and right at the top of the base with my thumbs…I squeezed them together and got a nice pumped, stretched effect..I thought about this from reading an article about Bib and how he did this…well I kegled, got a good grip and pushed down directly on the top ligs with my thumbs as hard as I could, and moved my thumbs slowly back and forth against them…I did not bend my boner downwards, I just pushed very hard against the base ligs…I could feel my fundiform ligs, but even better, I could actually feel my tunica..I was able to pull up and push down directly on it..as I type this I am sore from this move and feel I got a very good stretch…since my erections stand straight up, the pressure on the push down was intense to say the least…
More to follow…I am getting back into PE I am my body has to have change to grow…so I am always modifying and trying variations of exercises…
