I think if you reach that point where you think its boring then what you need to do is visualize the end result of all your work and just keep reminding yourself that this result cannot be achieved without putting in the work that you are currently putting in at this precise moment that you felt a tinge of boredom.
Are you really hungry enough to get what you want or are you just going through the motions and kidding yourself?
You must have a burning desire and remember that much like an Olympic marathon runner there are moments on the course when you feel all alone and tired and maybe even think of quitting but when you enter the Olympic Stadium and the crowd suddenly rises to their feet in a thunderous (no pun intended) applaud and they are hanging the Gold medal around your neck and raising the flag of your country who you have brought honor to for your awesome performance…the national anthem…the tears streaming down your cheek
Your family and friends all so proud of you…
Its then that you realize why you were out there doing all those crazy long distance workouts.
I know that sounds rather simplistic and obvious (duhhhhhh) but you’d be surprised how we tend to forget the simple things and how much more effective your workouts become when you keep the target within your minds eye and never let it out of your sight. Relentless effort, perseverance…the eye of the tiger and all that good jazz. Stay goal oriented at all times even when you go to sleep because this will allow you to program yourself for success on a deeper level and the positive changes will begin to manifest themselves almost like magic.
Visualization is such an important part of achieving any goal (not just PE)
I am a long distance runner and have been for over 26 years. Often times I would get really bored out there while pounding the pavement and what suddenly gave me the boost energy is when I visualized in my mind
that my lover/partner was telling me how I have all this endless endurance and never seem to get tired—OH MY GOD SUPERSIZEIT WHAT A GREAT LOVER YOU ARE!!! making her cum over and over again until she is emotionally drained and exhausted from all those orgasms and needs to stop….
Such thinking would inspire me then I would suddenly find my second wind and motivation to finish the workout.
Such remarks from my partner are part of the same reason I do PE and when PE starts to get a bit boring.
I simply remember that Ive come a long way to get to where I am and if I start getting lazy then I may to start to slowly give back my gains and may even begin to hear less and less of those wonderful words that are music to my ears…OH MY GOD SUPERSIZEIT!!!… ;)
You have to understand that I just love to drive women wild and thats part of what keeps me going.
Figure out what keeps you going and use it to self motivate yourself through visualization.
