I think that the question should be “most girth gained relatively”, i.e. in proportion to the starting girth. 1 inch of EG gained on a 4.5” EG penis is much more impressive (mathematically speaking) than on a penis starting with 6” EG.
(To take the theory further this could / should also be correlated with EG.)
I don’t think I can be considered a very big girth gainer but 0.66” in 19 months seems to be a pretty good result. What I did? I can be read from my signature.

At least that’s easy… Just use a tape ruler with centimetres and millimetres. :)
