Brain power, Dino!! Listen to your dick, which obviously you have. Swinging weights is a technique I also have used, but it is an extremely advanced form of PE - high risk if done too often, however an effective way to bomb those ligs. I haven’t experienced the blood droplets ( yet) but I have had scabbed stretched marks and raw skin ( soap will burn) along my shaft. I too am like you in that I approach PE too often like a sporting event ( all that crap about you gotta be willing to die on the field to achieve ultimate victory), but there are no backup substitutions in PE. One cock is all we get, so respect the pecker. Try some moderate to low weight hanging with a greater time duration to break-up those high intensity hanging sessions.

I’m hanging as much as I can and also using a homemade extender as much as I can so pretty much after and before work is being used to hang. I feel I’m coming to the end soon I really feel like hanging is the best way to get length gains but I’m feeling done and need a break maybe permanent. I have been at this PE thing for a long time and I’m closer to the end than the beginning or the middle and than I will go into a maintenance mode. I will always do some form of PE maybe just some jelqing and squeezes to maintain health and to keep my size. I would love to hit that 9bp before I stop but it’s becoming less and less important to me. I’m so close and it’s more of a pride in hitting a goal than something I really need to have.

I had the same problem , with blood leaking from the tip of my penis. It started when I over trained with manual stretches. So I gave p/e a rest for a week to let my penis heal. It’s now ok and the problem has gone away. My advice is treat your dick with respect. Happy p/e.

I used to but now I hang just straight down while sitting at my computer chair like right now that’s the beauty of hanging:)
