Swinging weights is a technique I also have used, but it is an extremely advanced form of PE - high risk if done too often, however an effective way to bomb those ligs. I haven’t experienced the blood droplets ( yet) but I have had scabbed stretched marks and raw skin ( soap will burn) along my shaft. I too am like you in that I approach PE too often like a sporting event ( all that crap about you gotta be willing to die on the field to achieve ultimate victory), but there are no backup substitutions in PE. One cock is all we get, so respect the pecker. Try some moderate to low weight hanging with a greater time duration to break-up those high intensity hanging sessions.
