This last month I gained almost .75 inches on length and .5 on girth. I also am in the “Multiorgasm Club” Last week, I had 4 orgasms during on session of edging/ballooning. I now measure 8.5 x 6.0, but my goal is 9 x (6.5 - 7)

In theory, starting off with more should make for easier gains because its a smaller percentage overall.

Grtz on quick gains though and Grtz on the edging thing especially, that is not at all easy you must have built up/toned some muscles alot to do that

Sorry about not posting sooner, I’m only on here between 9-5 eastern standard time.

I’ll give you guys a combination of what might be doing it for me. I take Androenlarge in the morning, and in the early evening when I get home from work. I take L-Arginine 1000mg in the morning, late afternoon, and before I go to bed. I take Vitamin E pills in the morning. Not sure on the dosage, but it is a BIG chewable from GNC. When I’m not PEing, I try to get regular erections throughout the day, so new blood can go to the penis, and this keeps it stretched. Also whenever possible, I put a heating pad on it. Now to my PE Regime…

In the morning, I warm it up for 15 minutes. Then I stretch for 10 minutes or so. This includes straight outs, V-Stretches, and the coveted “Z-stretch”! I proceed to get in the shower. I let the warm water hit it for a couple of minutes to get it plump again. I get a full erection, and start to edge. Get very close to ejaculation, but stop myself. I then do a squeeze after 5-7 “close call” ejaculations. I use an elastic band over cloth wrapped around the base. I tighten it just a bit after the 4th or 5th “close call”. I then get close to ejaculation again, then tighten it some more, then repeat until it is solid as a rock! I let it sit for 1 minute or so as the warm water runs down my body. (This almost sounds like a porn, sorry) I unwrap the clamp at the base, I shake it out, then repeat 2-3 times. When I come home from work, I put the heating pad on it, and rest for an hour or so. I then stretch it pretty much the same way I did in the morning, but with a little more intensity, and a little longer. I Jelq for about 200-300 strokes (below what most people do) doing about 40 straight out, then 15 to the left, 15 to the right, 15 left, 15 right, and so on until I reach 200 or so. I then do concentrated jelqs straight out at 85% erection, doing VERY slow jelqs (6 second reps) I do about 50 of those. I sort of lose count. I get in the shower and do what I did in the morning, except for twice as long. This time, I do that one squeeze where you squeeze at the base and under the head with your other hand. All together about 8-10 sets, each set has about 5-7 edges between each squeeze.

I use vaseline intensive care with Vitamin E and Aloe while jelqing, and I use baby powder while stretching. After each workout, I lube up the ole penis with globs of vaseline lotion. This does a couple of things, 1. It keeps the skin stretchy, and heals it while you rest. 2. You don’t get dry skin, which might lead to you not PEing for awhile.

I go 2 days on, 1 day off. I feel bad if I go more than 1 day off. I find that when I lift or if I get hurt, I’m pretty much a fast healer. To me, 1 day is more than enough. But I’d say do whatever you feel your body needs.

I will try going on an extended rest period of 2 weeks or so after next week. I want to try out Wad’s idea and see if my gains explode even more. Thnx all for the compliments and taking in interest in what I have to say.

I almost forgot. On days that I PE, I do Kegels on the way to work and on the way home. On the way there, I do short pumping kegels, on the way home, I do a bunch of holding kegels.

Intense. But it looks really good. How long have you been at this routine and how often do you take the type of breaks you plan after next week?

I’ve been doing this routine for 4 months. I take a 2 week break every two months or so (8 weeks on, 2 weeks off) Since you understand body building so well Brian, you know that rest is key to development. I thought about it, and decided that 2 weeks was more than enough time for my body to rejuv itself. This allows me to continue to get “newbie gains” if I can call it that. When I say “newbie gains” I am referring to the huge gains that occur at the beginning of a person’s PE experience. Taking a break every 8 weeks, and then sometimes switching up the routine won’t allow your body to adapt completely to the stress you put your penis through. In lamens terms, you never hit the plateau.

IMO the best stretch for me is the Z-Stretch, and the best for girth would definitely be the clamping squeezes I do while edging. You push the penis to its limits. Just today I was really surprised because I was edging, and I really got to the point were I was going to shoot BIG TIME! What surprised me was that my Iron Will determination of not going down without a fight (excuse the pun) caused my ejaculation to stop. Normally when I have an orgasm that doesn’t fire off a round, I barely touch the limit. Normally, I would have drained my nuts completely, but I held my kegel so hard, if stopped it dead in its tracks! That means my kegels are getting VERY strong. With an erection, I can bounce from 9:30 to 11:45 because of the strength of my Kegels. I’m very proud of myself and my results. I hope you guys share my advice, and get some similar gains.
