Sorry about not posting sooner, I’m only on here between 9-5 eastern standard time.
I’ll give you guys a combination of what might be doing it for me. I take Androenlarge in the morning, and in the early evening when I get home from work. I take L-Arginine 1000mg in the morning, late afternoon, and before I go to bed. I take Vitamin E pills in the morning. Not sure on the dosage, but it is a BIG chewable from GNC. When I’m not PEing, I try to get regular erections throughout the day, so new blood can go to the penis, and this keeps it stretched. Also whenever possible, I put a heating pad on it. Now to my PE Regime…
In the morning, I warm it up for 15 minutes. Then I stretch for 10 minutes or so. This includes straight outs, V-Stretches, and the coveted “Z-stretch”! I proceed to get in the shower. I let the warm water hit it for a couple of minutes to get it plump again. I get a full erection, and start to edge. Get very close to ejaculation, but stop myself. I then do a squeeze after 5-7 “close call” ejaculations. I use an elastic band over cloth wrapped around the base. I tighten it just a bit after the 4th or 5th “close call”. I then get close to ejaculation again, then tighten it some more, then repeat until it is solid as a rock! I let it sit for 1 minute or so as the warm water runs down my body. (This almost sounds like a porn, sorry) I unwrap the clamp at the base, I shake it out, then repeat 2-3 times. When I come home from work, I put the heating pad on it, and rest for an hour or so. I then stretch it pretty much the same way I did in the morning, but with a little more intensity, and a little longer. I Jelq for about 200-300 strokes (below what most people do) doing about 40 straight out, then 15 to the left, 15 to the right, 15 left, 15 right, and so on until I reach 200 or so. I then do concentrated jelqs straight out at 85% erection, doing VERY slow jelqs (6 second reps) I do about 50 of those. I sort of lose count. I get in the shower and do what I did in the morning, except for twice as long. This time, I do that one squeeze where you squeeze at the base and under the head with your other hand. All together about 8-10 sets, each set has about 5-7 edges between each squeeze.
I use vaseline intensive care with Vitamin E and Aloe while jelqing, and I use baby powder while stretching. After each workout, I lube up the ole penis with globs of vaseline lotion. This does a couple of things, 1. It keeps the skin stretchy, and heals it while you rest. 2. You don’t get dry skin, which might lead to you not PEing for awhile.
I go 2 days on, 1 day off. I feel bad if I go more than 1 day off. I find that when I lift or if I get hurt, I’m pretty much a fast healer. To me, 1 day is more than enough. But I’d say do whatever you feel your body needs.
I will try going on an extended rest period of 2 weeks or so after next week. I want to try out Wad’s idea and see if my gains explode even more. Thnx all for the compliments and taking in interest in what I have to say.
