My New Year's Resolution

My New Year's Resolution

After my kids have returned to school after Christmas break, I’m going to give PE one more good run - for at least 5 months, then assess the results. If I’m making gains, I’ll modify my routine during their sumer vacation (after taking off the 1st month or so for a decon break). Basically, I’d replace the wet jelqs with dry jelqs, but keep my stretching the same.

If things go well, I’ll resume my regular routine after they return again to school.

Anyway, this is my plan:

(1) Resume mem’s routine (linked in my sig) - emphasizing the hot wraps.
(2) Wear a velcro wrap in between workouts to minimize turtling (except when I’m sleeping).
(3) Sleep with my package stretched far BTC (I’m conditioning myself now to get used to sleeping on my side - and remaining on my side).

I’m quite satisfied with my girth (although, I recognize that I’ll probably gain some more girth anyway). I wouldn’t mind another solid 1/2” or so of EL. But I’d really like to plump up my flaccid (which will occur anyway as more elasticity is exhausted from my unit).

I’ll take extensive measurements - flaccid & erect - the day before I begin.

And I’ll keep you posted…
:)

P.S., I miss being active in PE. I’m resolved to get back into it.

Good luck Bro:)

I think joining matter of size exercise and getting pro-solution pills will help out tremendously. I have tried it and gain 1 inch in length.

Wad I thought this was going to be one of those get picked up in the middle of the night and crash a party type of threads .

Just like last year.

But this is good too !

You could have done that on your own dude.

G_want7's log

2007: BPEL: 5.1 / MSEG: 4.5 / 2008: BPEL: 6.5 / MSEG: 4.8

I think it\'s amazing, the way that love can set you free...

Wad, its nice to see you again.

Hey Wad, do you know if you lost any of your previous gains?

2007-01-27 5.3" BPEL 4.8" EG, Less than 3" Flaccid, and sometimes less than 2"

As of 12-07-2008 7.75" BPEL 7.1" NBPEL 5.7"MSEG 6"+ BSEG. Ultimate goal 8+ inches NBPEL, 8.5" BPEL 6.3" EG (2" diameter just sounds so cool!)

Flaccid 5+ inches on a good day. 4 1/2+ pretty much anytime. My gains have slowed to a snails pace, but I will not quit!!!!!!!

Huh?

"Permanency of Gains
This is very encouraging - for all who do mechanical, as opposed to pneumatic PE. Although my 1st PE workout was nearly 5 years ago, my actual "PE time" has been maybe 2 - 2 1/2 years, if that. I’ve been on numerous layoffs of 4, 5, 6 months or more - including a FULL YEAR, cold turkey - and I have never lost more than about 0.12-0.18" or so, EG or EL. Considering my total gains, that’s negligible.

To go a full year off, cold turkey, and not even lose 1/5" on either side is something no pumper could say. Furthermore, these small losses were quickly regained upon resumption of regular PE workouts.
Implications: An actual "maintenance routine" is probably very minimal - maybe 10-15 vigorous minutes every 4-7 days or so. That is, unless you want to go a whole year and lose 1/8" or so. [This is assuming, of course, that your gains had been "cemented" in the first place.]"

Does that make you blue?

But I want to thank everyone for the kind words. I really miss being active in PE. After my ex left me and our kids, I’ve been working 6 days per week to pay the bills. As I’m getting older, I have less & less energy to stay up later - or to get up earlier - than usual to do stealth PE. Furthermore, things are crowded around here and I just haven’t had the privacy I used to have.

But anyway, I’m determined to get back into it right after the kids return to school from Christmas break (about 7 1/2 more weeks). I’m going to start getting to bed early so I can get up an hour earlier than the kids. If I have to, I’ll take a brief nap when I come home from work.

You know the old saying: "Where there’s a will, there’s a way." :)

It’s really cool to read that, one thing that always stay on my mind was the following thought “I will have to do PE for the rest of my life?”, another thing for you that it’s a very experienced guy, you think a big time off, like a decon break, can make a huge difference??

Anyway welcome to PE, for that amount of effort you deserve gain one more inch.

Isn’t it too early for New Year’s resolutions? I guess not. I’ll post mine soon.
