I’m not sure if this concern should go into the injury board or if it’s fine in the main one. For the past two weeks (maybe less), I’ve upped the level of intensity for my jelqs. I do 500 reps. Some are at 50-80% erection, but most are between 90-100% erection. I’m really happy with the workout. My member never looked so swollen after a PE session. I speculate that it will definitely stimulate gains.

But since upping my intensity, I have this vein that seems to have earned itself a personality. It runs along the top of the shaft, starting from my base. It used to just travel straight down. But now, it is much more visible, and while hard or semi-hard, I can gently move it with a slight touch. Sometimes, it curves in a different direction or looks curly. It does not hurt or looked discolored. My guess is that it’s now has more room to shift around?

If it doesn’t hurt or get in the way of your work, don’t worry about it. I have a similar one about 2 inches long. Asked the uro about it. He said that in the absence of pain and inflammation, it is just a normal artery that sort of goes rubbery when filled with blood. And that I might develope another, Or that this one might migrate to another location.

Those 100 percent erection jelks may get you into trouble, long run. Keep monitoring how your cock feels. Any discomfort, lay off them is my suggestion.

I got the same kind of vein when I did an exact routine like yours. And mine is 5 inches long O_O

And yes, the urologist would tell you that, I already asked him. Just remember it’s a vein, if it would be an artery then it would be very different, so that’s trouble.

Don’t jelq at 100% doing 500 reps, because your unit will get tired and won’t adapt to the next routines. I tell you, I did the same as you did months ago >.>

I can’t help but use almost 100 percent erection jelqs, cause I have to watch porn while I jelq to even get an erection, period! So, I end up with no less than 95 percent erect! If I fail to watch porn, then I’m completely flaccid, or at most 10 percent erect! I do experience brief sharp pains with the full erection, but they are brief, and so I stop and let them subside before I continue.

I started PE’ing last year but stopped after about 6 sessions when one of my veins bust. I had a blood spot there for a week or so and when it totally went I restarted, it then bust again but to a lesser extent.

I stopped PE after this but I wanna start again. I just gave it a go in the shower and I cant help but worry about my veins. I have a crossover of veins about midshaft but when I jelq they get squashed up just behind the glans. one in particular curls up and goes scarily hard. Is it safe for me to do PE or am I just too much of a veiny mofo? :]

I did get some gains from my 6 PE sessions but they were all vein gains :p I still have them now, where they bust there is a largish area of vein where it must have built up stronger. This might mean as long as I ease into it, my veins will strengthen? Im just worried because each jelq really stresses them :/

You might want to check into supplements to strengthen your veins. Vitamin C, B-complex, Vitamin E, Coenzyme Q10, Gingko Biloba, Centella Vein, and Butcher’s Broom just to name a few. Do a google search and you will turn up many more that can help strengthen your vein walls.

Why?

I need to know because I Jelq when I am out of the tube between pump sets and only (psychologically) feel like it is doing good (for girth, my goal) when I am at or near 100% erection.

Are they dangerous?
