My wench broke because I wasn't very smart :(

When using my wench the other day I was in my bathroom trying to keep it heated like I read in a thread on here. I would hang and then apply the wet heat rag (which I tried to drain first) and then hang while its heated. After about 10mins of doing this process, one of the straps came aloose. Well the strap didnt break, but the glued velcro on the strap that makes the “U” over the head came off. So now im wondering how I can stay heated. Wasnt there a website with some type of device that keep sheat for 25-30 minutes?

Two things.
1. Get yourself a rice sock put together. To do this, simply fill a cotton sock with uncooked rice, tie it off at the ankle, put it in a microwave oven for 1 minute, and you have the perfect heat source. Costs pennies and holds heat beautifully.

2. Get a needle and thread and put a few stitches into the strap and velcro strip. Sew it together. It will never slip again.

You don’t want to heat through your entire set anyway. Keep heated through the first half of a set and cool off during the second half of a set.
So a 20 minute set would work like this:

Heat for the first 10 minutes
No heat for the last 10 minutes

Use no heat at all for your last set.

The objective is to use heat to soften and relax ligs and tissue while hanging. And then allowing those ligs and tissue to cool in an extended state while hanging.

And I think you should concentrate on heating yourself and not the Wench.

I fixed the wench today by just puttlng on more of the velcro.

How long do you guys put the rice sock on the micro and afterwords do you let it sit a lil bit to cool down some? Mine is too hot so im letting it cool down just a bit before putting on. Im sitting here with it right now actually.

Quick questions, can you re-use the rice sock? Im not familiar with uncooked rice.. putting it in the micro cooks it, or no.

It depends on how much rice is in your sock, the wattage of your microwave, and how cool the rice is to begin with. My microwave is 1200 watts. The initial heating takes about 1:25. For subsequent sets 40-45 seconds is usually enough. If my break runs long sometimes it needs closer to a minute.

It helps to have a t-shirt or light towel handy. If the sock gets a little too hot, lay the shirt or towel over your dick first. You can adjust the number of layers depending on how much you overheated. As the sock cools, reduce the layers.

I’ve been using the same rice sock for months (my heating pad died). One of these days I’ll see how the rice is looking. :)

The nice thing is that because the heat is trapped “in” the rice itself all those little devils being in such close proximity to each other sort of keep reheating themselves - especially the rice trapped in the center of the batch.
Because of this, all you have to do is simply shift the rice around whenever it seems to cool down and those inner pieces of rice will make their way into the cooler outer sections and the heat just keeps coming.

Try not to be deceived by a sock that seems cool after a minute in a microwave. Shift it around and you’ll probably find that it is hot enough.

Why uncooked rice is used is because it absorbs moisture. This makes for a slightly damp heat which is preferable to a dry heat - like a heating pad. Also, no electricity coursing through your family jewels for hours a day.

Re-use it as many times as you like.
Just make sure to use an all cotton sock. I once used a blended material and it sort of caught on fire.

You can also eliminate the need for that patch of velcro for the straps by just buying Velstrap

and attaching it directly to the outer part of the wench.

Has worked for me just fine since day one.
