My Wife Wants Me to Ask This...

My wife, who is completely aware of my PE quest, has a concern and insist I investigate it. So, I told her I would
post a question to you guys and get your view.

I had a vasectomy about 2 years ago. She is concerned that all the pulling, tugging, hanging and stretching
will somehow cause my little internal clamps or stitches to come undone and I will grow back and become fertile again.
I laughed out loud and told her that was just plain silly. Has anyone else even thought of this? Does anyone think there is
a remote change of this occurring? I think it is ludicrous but told her I would ask.

Just tell her so far your girlfriend hasn’t gotten pregnant:) . But really I can’t imagine anyway of PE making you fertile again.

Well I am no medical expert but I do have some training in anatomy.I would say no because a vasectomy is a procedure that affects the vas deferens which is the sperm tube so to speak that is connected to the testicles.It is internally enough to where any stretching or hanging of the penis should not have a bearing on the procedure you had done.

As far as I know, they don’t just clamp the line, they cut it. I’m sure your Dr. told you but there have been some rare occassions where the body connects the lines again - nature finds a way - but this is rare. I don’t see how PE will accelerate or aide the reconnection of the line in any way. Maybe you should finish somewhere else if she’s worried about becoming pregnant. ;o)

It is true that a vasectomy can grow back together, but I don’t see PE hastening or causing this to happen. Oh, I’m not a doctor, but I did stay at a holiday inn last night—and the girl was worth every dollar!! Lmao!

The chance of the vasectomy failing is very small. I think it’s like .05% failure rate. The vas deferens is ligated and clipped so even if the clips fall off then the ends of the tubes are still closed. Your pretty safe.

I had a vasectomy 30 year ago and I can say that nothing that I have through PE has effected the vas deferens. When they did the procedure on me the doctor told me that he had surgically cut a 1/4 of an inch out and sutured both ends and tied them off. So I think that you wife is pretty safe with your sex life.

I had a g/f that was on the depo? shot, and I used to do internal climaxes* with no problems.

* Which trumps any possible visual thrills from climaxing on a particular body part, IMO, as it allows for up to, and beyond, continued stimulation.

I guess my point was that the depo shot would beat fooling with the plumbing, from my perspective. But if your wife has any pregnancy concerns (because of PE, which are probably extremely minimal, at best), the shot is viable pregnancy option from my experience.

It used to be possible for the two ends of the vas deferens to reconnect, although with an extremely low probability. These days, they don’t just cut it, they cut out a section, and then cauterize (singe) the ends. (Do you remember a brief whiff of burning-flesh-type odour?) Aint no way it’s ever going to grow back together. There are no internal clamps or stitches to come apart.

If this is a major problem in your marriage, why dont you have a semen analysis done which should prove that you are indeed sterile. I agree with all the good advice you have gotten from the guys. I have had a vasectomy and although we are way beyond child bearing years, the way that vasectomies are presently done make them even difficult to reverse surgically. Good luck man.

nothing to worry about. I think this put her mind at ease. She hasn’t mentioned it since.
