Yes, the stretcher is a home made version

I got the parts from home depot.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I did stretching in the bath first and then hanging and it felt as if I hung lower as a result.

I can’t always do that because of domestic arrangements, but I’m going to do it as often as I cam from now on.

I’m doubling up my hanging sessions beginning today and so with the mechanical stretch session that will take me to 500 minutes a week, which is just over 8 hours of PE time and getting closer to that 10 hour threshold people talk about here as being needed for the seasoned PEer to continue growing.

Good thread!

So extending in the bath with hot water is where its at?

I’m back on my p.e mission and determined to get an inch.

Whatever it takes

21/09/2019. 6.2 inches bone pressed erect length.

Short-term goal 24/12/2019

7inches bone pressed erect length

I was a massage therapist and studied what they called Structural Integration. I even went to the Rolf Institute based after Ida Rolf and the concept of myofascial release. Part of the curriculum there was a book entitled Out in the Open, The Complete Male Pelvis and The Endless Web which showed bodyworkers working on this area of the body, helping things like Peyronie, etc. I got the bright idea to apply the principals to my junk and gained almost an inch of length during the 3 month school session. This was just using my hands to apply force to stretch the tunica, instead of more traditional pulling a lot. Imagine it like digging two knuckles and dragging across your shaft on a slight stretch. Later I studied all the traditional PE and tried jelqing and didn’t gain a thing. I’m recently back and am content with my length from over a decade ago but I reordered those books looking for insights on how to myofascial release or lengthen on the different axis for girth. It seems more logical to me than relying on extreme high pressures / expansions (clamp, squeeze, jelq) to stretch width wise, but I haven’t really come up with any great methods yet.

Interesting, could you please elaborate a bit more on this technique and your routine?

This sounds very interesting, I managed to get my hands on this book and if my current ‘default’ routine doesn’t give me anything
I’ll try this.

Is there anyone who actually applied this succesfully? If so, care to elaborate?
