Hey guys,
Well my 3 months of testing the fowfer, V-Stretch, Jelq routine is up. I measured today and it looks like I got an increase, about 0.1 inch or so. This would have been pretty good evidence to show that I’m gaining on this routine, except on a second check, I realized my balls were in tight. I’m talking retracted in to body tight. With that in mind, I came to the conclusion that it could very well be my balls retracting in, giving me a higher erection angle, resulting in more padding when I took my BPEL measurements. BTW, anyone else have this condition? Anyways, my gains may not be actual gains but just padding.

So I’m wondering what you guys think I should do. Change routine, go for deconditioning, stick with it etc.

Heres what I’ve been doing in the 3 months. After coming off a 1 month break, I did fowfers/jelqs for a bit to condition myself, I think maybe 3 weeks. I then replaced fowfers with V-Stretches and did the same. Then I got into the actual routine about 1.5 months in. I upped my time from 10 to 15 mins doing each of the 3 workouts, 2 months in. And 0.5 months to the 3 month finish, I added traction wrapping and switched to dry jelqs.

My thoughts are that since I took it nice and slow, with changes coming frequently,and with traction wrapping added so late, I haven’t been putting my dick through the stress needed for such a routine. So I should continue with the routine and see what happens. But I’d like to hear some opinions on this.

How about listing your entire routine and how consistent you’ve been in following it?

0.1” in three months would definately put you in the hard gainers category.

How’s your girth? I noticed after doing PE for a while that I had lost some scrotum up the shaft (turkey neck) and that my girth increase had used up more skin.

For 3 months starting on July 1st.
12 week routine till October 1st.
First 3 weeks
5 mins hot wrap
10 mins fowfer
10 mins wet jelq (at <50%)
Next 3 weeks
5 mins hotwrap
10 mins V-Stretch
10 mins wet jelq (at <50%)
Next 3 weeks
5 mins hotwrap
15 mins fowfer
15 mins V-Stretch
15 mins wet jelq (at <50%)
Last 3 weeks
5 mins hotwrap
15 mins fowfer
15 mins V-Stretch
15 mins dry jelq (at <50%)

I do a 2,3 day on schedule, which is everyday but Wednesdays and Sundays. I’m fairly consistent on the schedule, missing maybe 10 days in the 3 month period. I only started traction wrapping in the last 3 weeks. And as for my girth, it has stayed the same at 5.25.

Yeah, at that pace it would take you 2.5 years to grow 1 inch.
Regarding the balls, I have noticed that my balls ride forward more. I suspect that this is due to the scrotal skin on the underside riding further up the shaft, which seems to draw my bag forward. To try to counteract this, I’ve been spending some time stretching downward on that section skin (although, I don’t want my nutsack to hang even lower because it often gets in the way; there’ve been hot days where I literally sat on my nuts while getting into a car - that’s not a pleasant occurrence).

The hard part for me is seeing whether my routine is working out or not. And if it’s not, what theory should I test next? Less is More theory? Decondition?Higher Intensity? Switch it up?

As for gains, I read Godzilla’s recent post on reaching 7, and he was gaining only 0.07 inch per month. I wouldn’t mind gaining only 0.05 inch per month, if I knew I was gaining. I’m in this for the long haul, but I’d like to at least know whether I’m doing it correctly. Besides, I’m PE addicted. Feels weird not pulling on my dick.

I think I’ll give it 3 more months on the same routine to test out traction wrapping. If nothing happens, it’s time for a change.

If I sound like I’m bitching, I’m not. Just seeing if there’s a reason for me to decondition instead of continuing.

Philadelph, you’re completely right. I think I need to kick this up a notch or two. Does anyone here had more success with a split workout, say 2 or more times a day, then just 1 session?

I forgot to mention that I haven’t PEd for a week now, since I’m researching material on what to do. The thing I’ve noticed is that my erections have changed, I get much harder as well as after I don’t go flaccid too fast after sex. Feels like I finished jelqing. In the past week I’ve had stronger erections that I don’t have while holding off sex and PEing, and the whole time, thanks to this girl I met, I have been getting action on a daily basis.

Conclusion : Maybe I was over training?

Yea. YOu might have been overtraining. But I think one should just realize the workload that PE puts on ones dick. Same thing happens to me. When I PE, my erections arn’t that rock hard, but once I’m on break, they come back.

After doing research (specifically on easy vs hard gainers), it seems that what I think is contradicting what I feel. I think I’m not working with enough time and intensity due to my routine, but my penis is showing signs of recovery from over training.

Research has shown me that I have 2 ways to break what I think is a plateau.
A) Shock routine to break through
or B) Take a break to loosen internal structures
The confusing part is trying to figure out which one I should do first for trial and error.

For what it is worth, fowfers really wore out my skin causing irritation. I will have to assume that you have been at it since Sept. 2003, is this correct? I’m having some real good results with just wet jelqs, 600-1000 a day, 7 days a week. I’m not much of a fan of taking rest days unless something is wrong. As Alrdybig said, my erections are never “grade A” when really going at it, I actually judge my intensity on losing some erection strength.

My opinion is that frequent days off allow the tissues to more easily resist deformation, I don’t have shit to back this up, it is solely my opinion.

I notice when things are going fine and I am certain I am doing things responsible for gains, my penis definitely hangs lower and generates the “Damn I have a big cock” self thought. When I have done something stupid, it is totally opposite, it draws up and looks small.

It is all trial and error, I can’t effectively give you a map to straighten things out. Try something new, no matter how basic or “newbie” it seems, it is a long process as you know, don’t get bogged down.

How many “Damn I have a big cock!” days are you having?

Thanks AH, I can’t get no respect. Rodney Dangerfield was a genius.
As for PEing, I have been here doing Thunder style PE for a year now, but I’ve actually done 2 years off and on prior to this. Just doing real basic stretching and wet jelqs. And as for Big Cock Days, that depends if I walk around traction wrapped.
