Need some help

Alright i need someone to reccomend me a good routine, i was hoping DLD could help me out here, i have not been doing PE constantly (have not gained), but i will be starting tommorow on a 5day a week routine. Here are my proposed routines:
50 DLD blasters
10 minutes flaccid jelquing
50 AI stretches

I really want girth and would like to see an inch or more :)
Well here are my problems/questions:

1)When i jelq what strength should i use? I was jelquing yesterday and got this big purple mark that i had to massage out since it seemed to have blood in it, i usually get spots all over but i don’t know if i should use a good amount of strenght.

2)What should i add to my routine?

Proper jelqing doesn’t come overnight. 10 mins isn’t much once you get into a good routine, but take it easy. With time, and I stress with time, you will be able to apply a lot of stress and jelg much longer without getting more than the odd spot from time to time.

This is no race. Take it with care.

I like what Guiri said about jelqing and I agree with him. The jelq is an art form in itself and over time you will become better and better at knowing exactly what is best for you. After 2 years I am till making adjustments to my jelq. style.

The purple mark is very normal. Remember you are working with blood and high pressure so brusing is sometime inevitable. My belief has always been a progressive build up of intensity. Over time my penis has become more and more able to handle the tougher workouts. Again this should be done over a ample amount of time and patients needs to be practiced. Like Guiri said, this is no race…nor should you want it to be. Set your heals in for the long hall and enjoy the company along the way.

Looking at your routine I would say you need to increase your jelq session. 10 Minutes is only a warm-up in my opinion and I think beyond the warm-up level is where many gains lurk. I was taught from the beginning that my jelq session should be a minimum of 30 minutes. This has worked well for me and I think it might be worth you exploring this.

Are you doing the Blasters as posted or are you doing a modified version of them? I have found that sometimes a good understanding of the Blasters becomes watered down through the numerous posts and I am always willing to help anyone in understanding the Blasters until they work perfectly for you.

i do blasters like this:
Pull up 100 PC squeezes
20 second kegel
stretch(towards any direction?) and while stretching do 5 sec kegel followed by a 5 sec reverse kegel (that’s one?)
set of 5

I will increase the routine to 30 minutes and use moderate strenght until i get comfortable with it. What should i use as lubricant? I am un-cut also so what would be best?

In what order should i put the above mentioned? Should i warm up?

Sounds good…remember to stretch with everything on the Reverse Kegel, this is when the ligs are at their most venerable.

i also don’t really feel the kegals when i am doing the stretches, don’t know why, what should i use for lubrication?

A very good lubricant for wet jelquing is baby oil, either scented or unscented, whatever your choice. And some of them out there have stuff like aloe vera and vitamin E added for the positive benefits for the skin.

What brand of baby oil do you find that’s unscented? I look for an unscented type every time I’m in a new store and can never find one. I’d like a fragrance-free baby powder too. It’s always a bust to hop in bed next to my wife after a stretching session and smell like baby butt.

You can use plain mineral oil. Dirt cheap, same as baby oil without the fragrance.
