Need time off from jelqing.

I need some time off from jelqing until my irritation goes away. Should I stretch instead, or what should I do? I need to take at least 3-5 days off.

Just take a total break. If you have irritation, just about any PE will continue to bother it. No harm done in taking time off. Guys do it all the time.
