Never had an injury for PE...I feel left out?`

Like the title says, I’ve never suffered an injury from doing PE and I feel left out because of it. I squeeze as hard as my hands can squeeze when I jelq and pull as hard as I can when stretching. Still no injury. No gains either. Do I just have a really resilient penis!?

I know a guy here that never tried exercises. He skipped right to extender. Do you consider using anything?

And more important, are heating up?

I’m curious.

I’m really getting easy on stretching and jelqing. Very afraid of a nerve injure. But getting a little bit more vigorous as I’m feeling more comfortable.

Yes-I use a hot water bottle through my pants for about 10-15 minutes before exercises. When I jelq it expands my penis during the exercise and for all intents and purposes should be doing something, but it only seems to be temporary.

Why you pull as hard as you can while stretching? Maybe this is one reason behind the lack of gains. The wanted lenghthing is not achieved with high force, but with time under moderate tension and repeated sets.

My only injury has been tendinitis in my forearm. And it sucks. Been fighting it for over six months now.

I simply don’t believe you can make gains from lightly stretching for a couple of minutes. It just doesn’t make sense.

Don’t cause yourself an injury. It can be really serious.

Maybe you need different strategies, like pumping, extender or ADS… I’ve been reading about the use of an infrared massager in the PE training. The massage will activate cells, the heat will warm up for PE and warm down after PE and the infrared will take that heat to deeper cells inside the penis. Also, you can use it during the exercises if one of your hands is free.

Not lightly but not as hard as you can either, there is a middle ground.

If you have a bend in Your dick it might mean that you peyronies. I’m going to get a a prp shot and a shockwave in mines to try and straighten it out. The side that it bends to is smaller than the other side. Yours is to that’s the nature of a bend. If you make that side as big as the other you will prob have a bigger dick. And it might even help the.PE.work better for you.
