Scene 1
You’re at office. It’s rush hour. You open your mailbox to check your mails and you are flooded with about 500 mails that try to convince you that you have a small penis and that your lover or wife is not satisfied. “Make her happy” they tell you. If you’re taken in, you might begin to wonder, will this work? If you’re smart you’ll delete them, better still block them.

Scene 2
You’re about to get married. And you’re tense because you’ve never done it. To make matters worse, you’ve read about the great sexual exploits of macho hunks who’ve something to boast about. Your friends tell you size does matter. So, poor you rushes to the nearby “SEX CLINIC”, nervous and all, and are handed creams or sprays, contraptions or exercise sheets (!!!), and are promised you’ll have a Goliath’s piece on a David’s body!

The Big Question
Are you being taken for a ride? Are these ‘cures’ effective? And, more fundamental, does size matter? Pankaj Relan, a health.indiatimes.com expert based in Australia gives you the truth about selling big penis dreams.

First things first. Let’s clear the air about penis enlargement. No myths, no legends.

Will the pills, creams, exercises, surgery and jelging actually work?
I Pills : There are lots of herbal products e.g. Vimax Pills , VigRx, Prosolution Pills and many more available are advertised with lots of claims that they increase the size and girth of penis, but in view of the anatomy it seems to be difficult to explain it would be working. But there still are isolated reports that suggest that these herbal products work. It needs to be remembered that all these herbal products also cause some side effects and they mainly occur because of excess blood flow to various organs or due to the “blood steeling effects” from the heart.

The various medications available for the erectile dysfunction are Sildenafil citrate (viagra), a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, Uprima, a sublingual preparation of dopaminergic agonist apomorphine and Tadalafil and vardenafil phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors Of all these Sildenafil has been most researched in various studies and all these are useful in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

II Creams : These seem a bit more reasonable, as they are targeted to the penis, but anything rubbed onto the penis is going to be carried away from the penis by the blood stream before it could get to the tunica albuginea or the spongy bodies. In fact, this has been a major hurdle for drug companies trying to find an impotence cure that can be rubbed on rather than injected. So far the best solution the drug companies have found is to insert the drug into the urethra.

III Surgery : There are two techniques that doctors can perform that do actually add size, but both are full of risks. For more length a doctor can cut the ligaments that attach the penis to the pelvic bone, and then move the penis outward some. This gains a man only about an inch, risks infection, and can leave the penis less stable because it’s no longer anchored. For more width, fat can be injected into the penis. Unfortunately the fat does not stay put, and it can become lumpy or gradually leave the penis.

IV Stretching exercises, weights, and stretching devices : Those promoting these technics offer a variety of explanations for how they work, but most of these explanations are contrary to the facts about how the penis is constructed. Some parts of the body can be enlarged by mechanical stretching, but this has never been shown to occur with the penis, and most experts doubt the tissue involved can be expanded in this way.
Still, given the theoretical possibility, and the lack of independently verified studies of any of these techniques, there is no valid science to support saying these methods don’t work. On the other hand, there is also no valid science to support saying the methods do work.
What has also not been determined is if these methods can cause any permanent harm. Some urologist have voiced concerns about scaring, nerve damage, damage to the blood vessels, and Peyronie’s disease (bent penis syndrome). While there are isolated claims of such damage, the evidence to date is far from conclusive. In time we will know if these methods are safe or harmful, but it will take two decades to conclusively prove safety, and if it’s not safe what will those who went ahead and tried these methods do then?

V Jelging : The Jelg is the most common method of penis enlargement being touted today. Basically jelging consists of a "milking" motion down the penis that is supposed to gradually increase both length and circumference. Many sites suggest that enlargement is caused by breaking down and building up the tissues of the penis just like you exercise to make you biceps larger.
But there are no tissues in the penis that respond this way. The specifics of how to jelq vary widely from site to site. Some insist it won’t work unless done with a full erection, while others warn that doing it with a full erection will cause damage.

The bottom line is that - pills and creams possibly don’t work, and surgery, which does work, can leave a man disfigured or impotent. The "unproven" methods have a theoretical chance of doing some enlarging, but they also have a very real chance of doing long term and permanent harm. In the end each couple (it’s her’s too) must weigh the possible risks against the possible benefits.

I’m glad they have no clue.

Don’t do it, it does not work ;)

Thank God that these people are speaking sense. I for one applaud them!!

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

I am left to assume that these are the experts writing said articles. Therefore, I also must assume that the writer knows what he is talking about and has done a modicum of research to supply his data. I myself decided to do my own research on the internet and though several leads and a strong advert to paying for PE information, I found ThunderSS’s site. The whole concept makes sense. I know I want my penis to grow, bad enough to commit to these exercises for a while. (Kegels are hard to commit to though) Anyhow, I’ll back up my personal results (from anonymity of course)

Do the kegels, I promise they work (for me.)

Perhaps these self-proclaimed PE experts who write that PE doesn’t work have actually done a thorough search and found compelling evidence that it does. Either then:

1) they still did not believe it or want to believe it, so they tell others its rubbish, or
2) they can’t be bothered to PE but don’t want to live in a world where everyone else does with an average 9”, so they tell others its rubbish, or
4) they have started a routine but don’t want any more “competition” than they already have.

Surely though, they must have found Thunder’s Place if, as DeafWolf suggests, they did some proper research?!?

Start: 22 Mar 04: 6.5" BPEL x 4.6" EG & 6" head. As at: 1 Jan 05: 7.5" BPEL x 4.8-4.9" EG & 6.3" head.

Re-re-start!: 6 Feb 17: 6.9" BPEL x 4.9" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 23 Feb 17: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.0" head.

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

Or actually,

4) they could be an expert PEer, and have gained 2+ inches, but just don’t want anyone they know who might read their article to think that they currently, or might start, PEing.

I know I’d probably write a negative article on PE, saying it doesn’t work. But that’s because I wouldn’t want people I know to think I did, and I also wouldn’t want the rest of the world doing it and moving the average up! :p

That’s why this whole situation is so cool. PE will never, ever become mainstream because there will always be a significant corpus of people who will think they’re being conned, For those who don’t have the dedication to at least test PE for a few months, they will think they’re right too, and maybe write articles to that effect, further undermining the ‘PE research’. The medical establishment actually works for us in keeping the merely curious in the dark, and the dedicated ultimately find their way to Thunder’s.

I found my way here from a Tom Hubbard link I discovered while Image-Googling the word ‘jelq’. If you’re determined enough, you’ll find this place!
