New exercise to me at least.

New exercise to me at least.

After some time off due to illness and major changes at home (moving, renovations, etc.) I decided to begin Pe in Earnest again and tried getting back into a routine of using my mechanical stretcher. I managed to get a week or so of workouts in and suddenly experienced dramatic loss of EQ, so I rested the unit and in a couple of days the EQ was right back to normal.

While laying in the bath a couple of weeks ago I was experimenting with different manual stretches, and to my complete surprise, I found a stretch that put massive amounts of strain in the ligaments at the side of my penis with very little strain on my hands.

I lay flat in the bath and grip my penis with thumb and index finger and pull the unit to the side while pushing it against the top of my leg with my thumb. While the tension is applied with the thumb I can put tons of strain on the opposite side ligament while kegeling and pulling.

I do this for a ten kegel count alternating sides for 100 kegels or 5 sets of stretches each side.

Not only do I find the ligaments get really fatigued but my EQ has improved also, which is a good sign, as most PE has negatively effected my PE for periods of time.

Has anyone else done this sort of stretching, and if so, what were your findings?

Can you describe the stretch a different way? It sounds like your stretchIng in one direction with one hand, and using your other thumb like a fulcrum to put stress in a different direction. Is that it?

Sounds like a fulcrum variant.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I use my right hand to pull to the right, while holding my penis down against my leg with the left thumb and twisting the head upwards at the same time and pulling the right side ligament as tight as I can.

I then repeat the process to the left, with my left hand.

I do not understand how you mean. You pull your dick to the right with your same hand and hold it down against your leg with your left thumb and alsotwisintg the head up and pull the right side ligament. To me this seems to be to much at the same time. Maybe the reason to why I don’t understand this is because English isn’t my first language.

I think I understand better from the first post. Do you mean that you press at the ligaments at the base of you penis on the right side, press from the right side towards your leg and pull the head and shaft with your right hand to the other side, away from you leg?

I understand everything except the ‘twisting the head’. Do you mean it’s twisted so that the underside of your penis is facing away from your body?

My apologies. I posted this morning before my first coffee.

I hold my penis down with the thumb and forefinger of the hand on the side I’m pulling toward, while turning the head to face upward, so I’m bending the penis at 90 degrees as I pull. The hand I’m pulling with faces down during this procedure.

The action of pulling and twisting at the same time puts tremendous strain on the ligament on the opposite side to the pull, and one can control the pulling force by moving around slightly to adjust the load onto the ligament.

I hope this has clarified sufficiently.

Interestingly I find that I don’t need to grip the penis extremely tightly while doing this, probably because of the 90 degree bend, and this allows me to hold the stretch until I can centre the load on the ligament and begin pulling.

That kind of stretching has been effective for me. I do one set of regular stretches, and then one or two sets of fulcrum stretches. I do mine differently but same end result - more pressure on the penis with less strain on my wrists. I do a regular stretch, then grasp my penis at the base with the other hand and pull in the opposite direction. You can also put your other hand somewhere else, like at mid shaft, to change things up.

I notices something else while doing this exercise. My entire penis contacts while I kegel during the stretch. So much so that occasionally I have to re-adjust my grip during the exercise. I think this suggests there is some significant amount of muscle in the penis it’s self, even though some have stated that the penis has no muscle in it.

Yeh I have done similar. While stretching straight out, you can use your first two fingers on the other hand (in a ‘V’ motion) to hold the base back (basically avoid ‘tenting’) - seems to add a bit of intensity for sure. Probably works a bit like extenders do, with your ‘V’ sign mimicking the base piece.
