New exercise to me at least.
After some time off due to illness and major changes at home (moving, renovations, etc.) I decided to begin Pe in Earnest again and tried getting back into a routine of using my mechanical stretcher. I managed to get a week or so of workouts in and suddenly experienced dramatic loss of EQ, so I rested the unit and in a couple of days the EQ was right back to normal.
While laying in the bath a couple of weeks ago I was experimenting with different manual stretches, and to my complete surprise, I found a stretch that put massive amounts of strain in the ligaments at the side of my penis with very little strain on my hands.
I lay flat in the bath and grip my penis with thumb and index finger and pull the unit to the side while pushing it against the top of my leg with my thumb. While the tension is applied with the thumb I can put tons of strain on the opposite side ligament while kegeling and pulling.
I do this for a ten kegel count alternating sides for 100 kegels or 5 sets of stretches each side.
Not only do I find the ligaments get really fatigued but my EQ has improved also, which is a good sign, as most PE has negatively effected my PE for periods of time.
Has anyone else done this sort of stretching, and if so, what were your findings?
