New head exc?

Hey all been toying with this and thought id see what you all thought about it.

Ok i belive this might be good for enlarging the head.

I do this while jelqing…

Start a regular jelq movement..

Once one hand gets to head,hold and keep blood trapped..

Kegal then while still holding blood in head slowly move other hand to the head,

Release one hand when they meet kepping blood in head the whole time..

Ive been doing this every 25 jelq movements or so,the head gets pretty big..let me know what you think.

Seems to be a variation of most head exercises. Anything that traps blood in the head while building major pressure is probably gonna work long term…
