New Way To Jelq For Better Results

I was thinking as to why I have not produced and ‘definite’ results through Jelqing. I am after more girth if anything. I have thought of a way to possibly improve my Jelq session, and would appreciate some feedback!

I’m assuming, as with muscle cells, that penile tissue cells become considerably more malleable throughout a training session. I thought to myself, there must be a point along the jelq session where the cells become so malleable due to the constant pressure of blood, that they can be pushed over there normal expansion limits, and become over-sized. This is what most of us agree to be the cause of length and girth gains, correct?

At the moment I warm up for 10, stretch for 15, and Jelq for 20. I thought to myself ‘maybe I am not reaching that critical point where over-expansion becomes possible?’.

Maybe I should be jelqing for around an hour, so I know that I have hit that point?

Also, I was thinking that I should apply more pressure gradually throughout the sessions? What I mean is, start off light for 10 minutes, medium pressure for 40, and heavy pressure for the last 10 minutes for example. I am thinking that this extra pressure would accommodate for the cells temporary size increase.

What do you guys think? Does anyone else have the same theory?

There is also a point when tissue ruptures and it may not be far from the point you are talking about.

Does the penile tissue rupture at Jelq pressures? Or does the tunica just become more stretchable and allow the tissue to expand further? For the tissue to rupture, I think the tunica would have to allow the tissue to expand far enough to rupture and I’m not sure that can happen. The tunica is very hard to stretch and expand. Second, if it does rupture, does the body then repair the tissue with more tissue. And would the repair process result in more size?

When someone overdoes jelqing, red spots appear - those are capillaries ruptures. Secondly tunica covers a spongy tissues (CC) and no one knows what’s happening inside when pressure is applied, those little chambers may break as well.

Reading your theory actually gave me a new idea about my approach. I’m currently deconditioning. I’m trying to regain that newbie pop that people get when they first start PE. I didn’t understand why it happened, only that I experienced it a couple of times and had heard about other guys with similar experiences.

My theory is as follows: Continuous PE causes the tissues in the penis to become more malleable, less prone to tears. Since permanent gains are based on the idea of new cell growth more malleable tissue is actually working against the penis developing micro-tears that would induce that growth. The penis may look bigger during erections but it may be due to well stretch tissues more then an increase of new tissue in the penis.

For example most guys would pull a muscles or even tear some ligaments if they tried to do some of the poses that contortionist do, assuming they’ve never done them before. Should these guys choose to, after years of training and stretching their chances to do those poses with out causing horrible damage improves. This horrible damage is what I believe causes the initial newbie pop. The penis is not initially used to excessive pressure beyond its normal erection state. This causes damage that the body fixes, but after a while the penile tissues become more resilient and less prone to tears from the constant PE. This is the same as a contortionist training his body to allow him to stretch tremendously with out pain or injury.

I read a lot about guys gains stalling after a while and some vets suddenly get great gains after switching to some new routine. Those new routines I surmise are actually putting strain on tissues that not been stretched during their previous PE routine. I believe that if I allow my penis to go through the deconditioning phase and come back untrained I think I could cause the newbie pop with out ever having to change my routine.

That seems totally logical to me, it would be a good idea to get an opinion from some other more experienced PEers.

Ill have to give those Girth Blasters a try! Did you develop the technique because you we’re not gaining girth from regular jelqing?
