No sensation...

No sensation...

Am I supposed to be feeling anything in particular whilst stretching? All I get is a nasty burning kinda ripping feeling on the skin, but nothing inside of me, something that doesn’t sound right to me.

What should I be feeling when doing exercises. I have a very high LOT (about 9:30 - 10:00) and have been doing SD & BTC/UTL stretches.

You feel the stretch in your skin? Where you grip or in the base? If in the base, you just got to give it enough skin so that the skin won’t be stretched. If you don’t have enough skin, you gotta stretch your skin first, before you can attack your ligs.

I’ve never felt much when stretching. Some soreness could come afterwise. The ligs did feel sore if I pressed them while stretching, though. The lack of stretching sensation never stopped my gains, though.

It’s not a case of the skin being to taut, it moves too much around the mid shaft. However, I grip between halfway along the shaft and the head. But the skin at the base feels like its stretching, which can’t be good.
