Well, this sucks, I thought I had made some girth gains over last few months, but it looks like something isn’t going as good as I thought!

I bought this tailors tape and measured my girth, and I was right back down to 5.5! Actually a little under!

Could I be losing girth?? I doesn’t look good for me fellas!

I guess I need a new girth routine! I would like to try clamping, could someone fill me in on some details?

I currently jelq for 30 minutes, but I guess it’s just not working like I thought.

I use to measure with a piece of string and a tape measure, but that tailors tape has got me down!

I just wonder if should try 3 days on 1 off, instead of just every other day?

Tapes like rulers can vary a great deal between manufacturers - I’ve noticed as much as 1/4” accumulative difference by the 10” mark. Try your old method and always try to use the same measuring devices.

Do a search on “Camco Multi Calmp”. You will find info on both the clamp itself and how to do Extreme Uli’s.

Cheaper off brand tape measures are often not accurate at all. By putting your tailors tape side by side to the measuring tape you can see if the markings line up.

I think an every other day PE schedule is the least effective of all schedules. I think your cock has a size memory and in order to alter that memory, the exercises have to be performed on consecutive days. Every other day gives your cock too much time to return to it’s original size. By stringing together consecutive PE days, you can begin building on the previous days stretch and begin altering your cocks size memory to a larger state.

Yes. From reading threads at Thunder’s I have really started believing that consecutive days are more efficient, and even more important once the gains become difficult. 5 on and 2 off works for some. Perhaps 6-1 is even better, and I am now even thinking 7-0 with a few weeks break once in a while for jump start is ultimate.

Cappy - my old method is to take a 12 inch ruler break off the first 9 inches and toss that away and then put the rest next to my unit to measure. Does that mean that I should stick with that to keep my 12 inch dick? I wouldn’t want any accusations of “photoshopping” to get my foot long wonder.

Thanks guys, I going to compare the ruler marks to see if they line up, and then check into the clamping, and also try to throw in some 3 day on 1 off jelqing.

I agree that too much time off is bad for girth, that’s how I lost a 1/4” gain that I’m just managing to get back now. I also think it’s about doing just the right amount. I find if I go real hard and do 400 jelqs and 8 120sec sustained squeezes over an hour my PSG (post session gain) is sometimes only 1/4” above normal, but when I do less like 200 jelqs and 4 120sec sustained squeezes over a 1/2hour I get about 1/2” PSG.

So maybe less jelqs more often is the key. Plus I’m finding I have less time for PE anyway sinse I’ve been seeing a new girl, so I’ve cut back on my routine a bit, but I seem to be making some creeping gains slowly, so I think it’s working out well. Also sinse I’m not PEing as hardcore my erections are coming alot faster and stronger again.(which is maybe one of the major keys for gains?) I’m starting to really think as many have said here that “Less is more” with PE, take Andrew69 for instance who did most of his PE in the shower with limited time and has gained something like 2”. There is definately something to this.

I believe so myself Redwood.. I’m shooting for 20 to 30 minute sessions daily and going for 3 days on 1 off! I also do those minute holds!

I have often thought about this in detail. When I first started on a 5 on 2 off schedule within the first four weeks I went from 5.7” - 6.1”. However I then lost some size and went to 6”, maybe just a tad under because I stopped PE’ing after I made those gains. I did notice that when on 5 on 2 off my penis always looked ‘bloated’ and blood flow seemed to increase.

With a medium intensity routine on a 5 on 2 off I believe one could make very good progress.
