Normal?

It’s been there for a while but has become more prominent.

It’s a ring around the base of the penis , not on the shaft , right under the skin at the extreme base. When erect it looks like a dougnut of sorts under the skin and it’s thicker than the rest of the shaft.

Is this just the base thickinging or maybe something else , any ideas? Thanks

I guess it’s a reaction of the skin because of all those OK grips you perform while jelqing. I’ve had it before, and my guess is that it’s nothing to worry about.

Take it easy the next few days and it should go away eventually.

A cautious approach when anything unexpected appears is best. Take a day off and see what happens. In my experience, most things like that dissipate in a day or so.

Ive read here that massaging the area helps. It helped when I had a ring below the head of my penis.

I am not really sure what it is since you mentioned that it is thickening.

Otherwise I’ll say it’s a stretch mark very common amongst fellow PEers.

Nothing to worry really, use some vitamin E on the affected area.

I doubt it will make it disappear but it will certainly prevent other stretch marks from occurring.

If it bothers you, see a Dermatologist or a Urologist.

Wow… I bet my wife would like it if I could grow about 8 of those down the length of my dick.

It could be fluid build up I suppose , it is just under the skin , but it seems to have incircled. It first appeard just on the top. I’d have to show a pic for anyone to understand it.
