Newish member here and thought I would pop my cherry and post. I’m probably older than most here (late 50’s) but still frisky. I read an article two years ago regarding jelqing, stretching and kegels to gain length, girth and general penis health. Didn’t believe any of it except for the health part. I had what I (and others) considered a nice dick, 6” x 5” erect and about 3.5” flacid. My problem was that the skin on my shaft was so tight that it almost hurt when erect and appeared very thin.
So in my logical mind I figured that jelqing and stretching might help the skin become more pliable and more comfortable, I began the exercises in earnest. I started slow doing minor stretches and maybe 200 jelqs each day using a light coating of baby oil and a bit of Curel lotion. Within a month or so I progressed to 600 jelqs each day, always in the morning after a hot shower. I went through the red spots and worries about injuries but all that passed easily. I continued the exercises for 9 months straight then stopped for 3 months, then continued for the next year.
Well, I can tell you that this worked like a charm. The skin seemed to loosen up slightly and became a little thicker and more pliable. I was very happy with the results and the comfortable erections. There were some side effects of these exercises, I have gained over 2 inches in length and over 1 inch in girth. I now have an 8” x 6” erect and 5.5” flacid dick. Flacid stretch gets to 8.5”. I have never pumped or hung weights or anything other than what is mentioned above.
Two years ago I would not have believed this to be possible. So I guess the moral of the story is; Never too old to learn new tricks. Hopefully this will encourage some of you to hang in there….it does work.
