Hello Men,

I’ve been lurking around for a while now and thought I’d finally join. Your message board has a wealth of information from a lot of experienced PE’rs. I have found it to be very helpful. I’ve been jelqing for off and on for nearly two years now and have had some pretty good growth; 2.25” in length and .5” in girth. I have purchased and received a power-jelq device 5 days ago and have used it only three times. So far, so good. I hope I can contuniue to grow. I have recently started hanging too. This combination may be just the trick to get me over the plateau I’m stuck on.

Keep up the good work and keep those messages coming in. I love all of great tips I read.

Growth

Thanks for the nice compliments. I started out at 6.5” x 5.0” and have reached 8.75” x 5.5”. I did this hand jelqing and stretching only. It was a lot of hard work but it has paid off. Now that I’m using the PJ device I hope to see even greater growth. This message board has been an inspiration to me. Thanks again.

My Routine

My routine was just your basic hot wrap, stretch, jelq, hot wrap. The only thing I did different was working out twice a daywhen I first started. As it turned out it was way too much punishment for my poor little guy. I was so sore that I could hardly walk. I ended up having to take a week off to heal. I don’t recommend working out more than five days a week and no more than once a day. Just take your time and do it right. Growth will come!
