That’s actually a good idea. I’m tempted to take some picks using their camera angles just to see how I measure up. That’s how obsessed I am.

I’m a fairly logical thinker, so I don’t get to obsessed about it. I’m 5’6; why get obsessed that I’m not taller? I can’t change it. With PE at least I can change that part, but there’s no sense in wasting any brainpower fretting over something I can’t do much about. I know it’s not as easy as that for many people, but maybe you can try to step back and look at it that way.

Yes, I was obsessed with size comparison. I used to compare with my friends all the time. When you found out that you’re bigger than them, it would be a thrill for you.

I would be interesting for someone to take some internet pictures of BPEL’s that look impressive and resize and scale to measure the actual size. Nothing ‘freakishly’ huge, but just impressive. Maybe of a guy with the size you want to be. Than take a picture of yourself in the exact same position and scale both pictures using a ‘common scale factor’. Lets say the scale factor is your hands both being 3” wide. Since my closed fisted hand is exactly 3” wide this would work perfectly for me. Than take a measurement of him compared to you.

I think our findings would show just how distorted our image of self can be sometimes. I’ve just snapped a pictures using my camera phone in the typical close-up from underneath camera view.
