Ok back again and this time commited, ADS recomendations.

In the past I had hung and gained some length but I don’t think I cemented all of it. Lately I am more concerned with girth so I am trying to start cable clamping and looking into the best ADS. I have tried doing a search for an ADS device I can wear eventhough I do considerable amount of manual labor. Ie: lifting, twisting, jumping and running. What would you guys recommend as the best ADS device. Looking to put on some length while I work on girth as well.
