I turtle ALOT less now after PEing for some time but I do tend to turtle some, especially after a workout at the gym. I figure this is just blood needing to be elsewhere in the body during and after a workout.

I “turtle” a bit when it’s extremely cold, I’m overly anxious about something, or when I’ve just completed a grueling workout at the gym. But because I’m naturally a shower and my flaccid hang usually exceeds 6 inches, the shortest I’ve ever measured due to “turtling” was a little over 4 inches.

When I jump in a cold pool, I feel as though my balls hike up to my throat. Turtling is normal. Although, in my opinion, it should be prevented after PEing. After I PE, my I pull my cock straight out as far as possible and my Wife wraps it with an AC bandage and we go for our daily walk. After our walk, we take the bandage off and I could care less if it turtles then, but it always stay very plump for hours.
