So when I first started PEing I was getting Pis when I needed to take breaks. My penis would get tired and what not. That’s when I would go on a break. Now it seems to stay strong no matter what so how can I tell when to take a break. I’ve noticed that my gains have slowed down a bit. Does this all mean that it’s ready to step up to a more intensive routine?

Cement it for a while say a month or two by doing a two day a week session.

If you feel the need to step it up then do so. When you reach a comfortable size then go on a maintainance routine for cementing.
