Only Have 20-25 Minutes to PE---Advice Needed

Thunder, I definitely understand the reason for not performing PE while having an erection, but I am enquiring about the isometric exercise to cement gains. Would you say this exercise is not productive and if it is productive, what is the best way to perform it?

I can say with total honesty that it worked with me. I can’t say with absolute certainty that it will work with you or if it will work with a dick that is parralel with the ground. There will be a risk of course, but it isn’t higher then the average PE excersise. I recommend to do this excersise, post your progress please.

Bird2, I found the link. Thanks! I will give this exercise a try after three months of constant PE and see what happens. Thus far I have not had a real problem with loosing gains, but I have not gained a substantial amount of length or girth. I think my current exercise plan will yield some good results though. Only time will tell.

Why not try adding some sort of ADS, like weights, or a cap’ns wench with bungee, to your routine?

Do the isometrics just after your routine when your unit is bigger, this way you hold more gains.

And that includes everything, hot wrap, etc. I’ve been masturbating to the point of ejaculation and then doing 10-15 minutes of dry jelqing @ 50-60%. So far the results are okay. Then a hot wrap afterwards.

I’m trying to change things up maybe incorporate a litlte pumping. What do you guys think?

10 minutes of pumping @ 3-4 HG and then ejaculating and then 5 minutes of jelqing?

Just trying to make the absolute most of my time. :)

You could jelq first (5-8 mins) and then pump (10 mins). I did something similiar to this when short on time.

I have also hung in the shower and while brushing my teeth (total time 20 mins) using the redi-stretcher. This was more for conditioning to get use to hanging but if short on time it could be used.
