Hey Guys,

This is a question for anyone who’s done or doing this exercise and for any of the veteran PE’ers out there who know their stuff.

OK, Do you think that doing a lazy-ass stretch (fowfer) for an hour or two every other day, with about 3 five minute manual stretches each day, along with wrapping with the TheraP magnet wrap for about 8 hours a day will be a good work out? Or is more required? So the exercise goes..

1+ Hours of lazy-ass stretch every other day,
3 five minute manual stretches throughout each day,
4 - 8 hours of wearing the TheraP wrap.

Come on, surely someone out there has an opinion on this exercise?

Why not stick with a more conventional newbie routine: warmup, stretch, jelq? Jelqing is beneficial. I don’t know why you’d want to exclude it.

I’d do the 15 minutes of stretching all in one go, not spread through the day unless you have no other choice.

I agree. I know that I don’t fully extend my FSL until after about 10 minutes of actual stretch time (sometimes longer, depending on other factors). So, in other words, I need at least 10, sometimes 15, minutes just for stretching to start to be effective for me. I don’t agree with breaking it up into 5 minute segments. I’m one who sees no value, for example, in doing pisspulls in the bathroom.

Furthermore, I’ve tried TheraP wraps and feel that their “benefits” are entirely cosmetic & temporary.
