DLD- Do you recommend most people measure as often as you?

I measure almost daily, but I think it’s just an obsessive compulsive thing. And since I know my measurements, when something does change I measure 2 or 3 time’s a day until I’m sure it’s not just me.

I measure after almost every workout. The practice keeps me measuring consistently, and I can spot a gain as soon as it occurs. On the downside, it’s depressing when there isn’t any change for long periods of time. Or even worse, when there’s shrinkage.

Yes, sometimes my dick gets smaller. It scares me every time it happens even though I should know better by now. I go through periods of slightly reduced size both BPEL and BPFSL. Usually this means a gain is on the way. My dick rebounds to what it was before plus some.

I f orgot to add that I take my “official” recorded measurements once a month, and these are done several days after any PE.

Same as DLD, I measure daily, and if the measurment goes down from the previous day, I get very discouraged.

The thing that is so important to remember when measuring is that 1/4” difference either way is just that, A 1/4 INCH. I can get myself so upset or happy over such a small increment that it really does not seem rational. If I get discouraged I try to remember that I do not have to stop PE until I want to. I have options here and todays measurement does not dictate my future in PE it is only a way to check progress. PE is all about patients and long term success. Keeping these things in perspective is difficult at times but ultimately it is healthy pe psychology.

Yes. How it affects size depends on what exercises I’ve been doing. If I’ve gone heavy on girth work, girth shrinks down a little and stabilizes by the second or third day.

If I’ve been intensely stretching/hanging, my BPEL is usually a little longer after several days off. I think this is due to harder erections, not actual growth during the break.
