Opinions on my new plan.
I’ve been doing PE for a month and a half, and have seen a few minor results. I was thinking about changing my routine to something like this.
DAY 1,3,5: Length
5 min wrap
15 min of stretching
5 min wrap
2-3 hours of ADS
DAY 2,4,6: Girth
5 min wrap
15-20 min jelq
30-45 Uli’s
5 min wrap
10 dry jelqs
What do you think? Should I make specific girth and length days or should I stick to working them both the same day and taking two days a week off?
