This may be well known knowledge but it wasn’t to me, so I took the liberty to assume others didn’t understand the point of the kegel and will try to enlighten them.

Ive noticed that my penis is far more sensitive due to PE. I went from honestly being able to hardcore thrust for 20 mins to about a minute. I was very depressed and confused because I kegel while doing most of my p.e exercises. Luckily, the night after my minute performance I found a thread on thunders with some good info on lasting longer, although I cant remember the name of it.

Ive never heard how to actually use the PC muscle for longer sex once its strengthened Ive just read “do kegels” and I have. Its pretty common sensical, just like using the PC muscle to keep from urinating use it to keep from cumming. Its quite a battle, especially if its been awhile since your last ejaculation, but I’ve been able to control my ejaculation(during masturbation) the last two times I’ve orgasmed, its only been a week.

Start of by just going past the point of no return were you’d normally ejaculate. It will be easiest if you Stop masterbating (you miss out on a lot of the pleasure but its probably worth it) or at least slow down quite a bit until you get stronger and used to your limits. then just squeeze your PC as hard as you can to hold the semen back . I can feel where the pressure from the semen is and kegel constantly at the strongest kegel I can hold for a few minutes. Then when the orgasm and pressure begins to subside, squeeze your PC as hard as you possibly can(100%) and release back to the prior kegel pressure(40-60% the weakest kegel pressure without letting semen escape), when I squeeze at my max I can feel the semen being pushed back or at least imagine it happening. After a few of my hardest squeezes I can stop kegeling all together without fear of cumming. I’m now able to continue to masturbate throughout the process and I’ve found that once I have pushed the semen back and stop kegeling all together (while still masturbating) within 30 seconds I have another orgasm that’s much easier to control sometimes followed by another one, once the little orgasms are over the erection slightly weakens but will come back and with a lot of work you can orgasm again. I’m not sure if the semen is pushed back into the seminal vesicles and prostate or back into the urethra. I should be able to control my orgasm the same during sex and Ill update to let you know if it works out. Hope this helps someone.

Yeah, I do the same thing during sex most of the time. Round two is when I always get my girl off because I pound her as fast and hard as possible and my dick stays 100% hard and I cum again. It’s awesome. Right now I can’t go fast and hard with out cumming almost instantly, I think it’s because I have a strong PC and I flex it when I thrust. My BC muscle is really weak as of late.

I was struggling with kegels and was tending to involve the sphincter muscle too much. I really don’t know why it’s this weak, I used to have a relatively strong BC muscle. It’s been like this for a good few months.

So, I’ve been spending more time on actually isolating the muscle instead. As a result I’ve dropped the amount of kegels I do throughout the day. For now, I’m aiming for around 200 quick flexes every other day and plan on adding about 10-15 every week. I’ve also thought about spending one day a week, probably at the weekend, just doing a kegel routine only.

At the moment, I only do flexes. So I thought maybe incorporating maybe 50 flexes for 5 seconds each may help build some strength up too.
