Out Of Commission Two Days After Jelqing
Hi fellas. After a long time of more extreme techniques, I recently deconditioned myself and started a jelqing/hanging only routine. I’ve always gotten good growth indicators from jelqing, but I possess very sensitive penile skin, and as far back as 10 years ago I’ve never been able to jelq extensively (even just for 10 minutes) without decreased EQ for exactly two days afterwards. The third day I’m always fine and have GREAT EQ (far better than if I had never jelqed). Yet for the initial two days I always have sore/itchy/red skin, poor EQ (especially on a second round of sex), and a sore PC muscle. Has anyone found any way to counteract these effects after initially suffering from them?
With regard to the skin irritation, I don’t jelq very forcefully (I visualize sliding honey along a rough stick, I can’t recall offhand who invented this analogy but someone on this board did and it works for me). In the past I used hand lotion, but these days I use astroglide, yet with no improvement. The sore PC muscle is probably just from tensing it subconsciously while jelqing, because for me personally PC muscle exercises tend to exacerbate premature ejaculation issues by making me unable to relax my pelvic floor (I’m “uptight” down there by default and often realize throughout the day that I’m clenching my PC muscle/anus without realizing it initially). I like jelqing and I think I could gain more from it now that I’m deconditioned, but with an active sex life these problems create a real issue, as the itchiness/irritation/poor EQ can make sex much less enjoyable. Any guidance is highly appreciated. By the way, none of these effects are due to hanging, I know that for a fact because I’ve done periods where hanging was my only PE effort and none of these effects occurred.
